Strawberry Moon and the start of summer.

This year my son created this beautiful pendant to celebrate the Strawberry Moon and the summer season. This is the time when the strawberries are ripe and ready to pick. My property like most in the woods of Vermont have an abundance of little wild strawberries throughout the yard. It is not only a time of abundance for humans but the animals as well.

The cookbook being created by AHH will contain several strawberry recipes to acknowledge this sweet harvest.
