Gathering and Belonging

The AHH folks recently got together with friends to celebrate our amazing community. We shared good food, great stories and lots of laughs. Whatever stress I had starting the day quickly melted with so much love and laughter.

It is so important for our mental and physical health to reach out to friends and family if you think they may be feeling isolated or lonely. Send a text or go out for a cup of coffee with them. Just letting the person know that you are thinking of them can make a big difference in their life.
