It is important for everyone, especially mental health care organizations here in Vermont to understand the devasting effects of this practice and learn how to support those who have been disenrolled. Abenaki Health and Heritage will provide training to any healthcare organization who would like to learn more about working with people in the Vermont Abenaki community. We have trainings around disenrollment, historical and intergeneration trauma, lateral violence and Abenaki health and wellness.
